Coverage & Delivery Partners
We ship throughout Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak) using trusted logistics partners such as J&T Cargo, Lalamove, or dedicated industrial-size machine carriers.
For international orders, please contact our sales team for a custom quotation and shipping arrangement.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, except for pre-order or custom items.
For large industrial machines, delivery schedules will be confirmed individually based on stock availability and logistics planning.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions and delivery location. Charges will be displayed during checkout or provided in an official quotation.
Mataf Industries reserves the right to adjust shipping fees if there are changes in courier rates.
Risk & Tracking
All shipments come with a tracking number.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once the product is handed over to the courier. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
Eligibility for Return
Only items damaged in transit or wrong products/incorrect models are eligible for return.
Requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
Contact us via official WhatsApp or email with photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Returned items must be in original condition (unused, with all accessories and original packaging).
Refund or Replacement
Once verified, customers may choose either a replacement product or a refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumable goods (e.g. flour premix) and machines that have been used are non-returnable unless proven damaged upon delivery.
Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return.
